Ordering your portrait
Are you looking for an emotional gift? Then you are definitely right with a unique portrait drawing! I accept a limited number of commissions per year, these can be either human or pet portraits. All my portraits are traditionally hand drawn using high quality artist materials. Many hours goes into each portrait providing you with a unique and treasured drawing for many years to come.

How does this all work?

Pricing is for unframed artwork.
When you have decided on the material and the format of the drawing, you can directly contact me by email (melina.wuggonig@gmail.com ) or use the contact form below.

Your message should include:

- the size and material of the drawing
- Number of animals/ persons
- Photos of the subject
- delivery address

What you should consider when choosing a photo reference:
​
The better the photo, the better the drawing!
The first stage is to choose your photos. This is the most important part in the commission process. I cannot stress enough how important it is to choose the right photo reference, as my aim is to create a drawing that you can treasure for many years to come.

Don't worry I am always here to give you the very best advice I can. We will always review and discuss your photos before ordering a commission. Payment:
​
Before I start the portrait, a 50% deposit is required. After receipt of payment your place in my waiting list is successfully booked in and I will inform you as soon as I start and of course keep you updated throughout the whole drawing process. After completion of the drawing, the remaining 50% will be due, only then I can send the picture. Payment can be made securely online by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.

Waitinglist:

I often have a client waiting list and lead time will depend on the time of year and number of other portraits booked in my schedule. I will provide an estimated completion date upon your enquiry. For specific dates I will try my best to accommodate any special request
Currently, the waiting times from payment to sending off your portrait are approximate 2 months.

Shipping information:
​
All drawings are thoroughly and rigorously packaged between many layers of different materials, packaged inside a cardboard box and wrapped to ensure waterproofing. All packages are shipped with tracking information. After making an appointment, the drawings can also be picked up personally, which of course saves you the shipping costs.
